Making digital signatures simple
I designed the complete signing journey from document upload to finalized agreement. Senders can add multiple signers, configure signing requirements and notifications, track progress and manage completed documents through a modern web application.
Secure signing with Swedish BankID
Kleevo integrates directly with Swedish BankID to provide identity-verified digital signatures. Completed documents include signer information, a signature certificate and audit trail, while document hashing and online verification make it possible to detect if a finalized document has been modified.
Built as a scalable signing platform
The platform includes subscription and pay-as-you-go billing, secure document storage, automated email and SMS notifications, document verification and an API for external integrations. The infrastructure is designed to support everything from occasional individual agreements to high-volume business signing workflows.
